Yes. Zipto is a membership-based service. An active membership is needed to shop our curated products and experiences, and billing occurs on a monthly cycle.

Thinking about joining as a Club Member? We’d be excited to have you - here’s a quick overview of how it works:
Each month, we assemble a customized selection of gear based on your answers to our sign-up quiz - what you’re into and what you’d rather skip. On the 1st of every month, we put together your Club Shipment and send you a heads-up via email or text. From there, you’ll have until the 5th to review, skip, or make changes to your shipment. Once your picks are finalized, we’ll bill you and ship your order between the 6th and 15th of the month, so your curated haul shows up at your door before you know it.
There are no separate membership fees, so if you choose to skip a month, you won’t be charged. It’s a flexible, personalized membership you’re fully in control of. Plus, you’ll unlock special member-only pricing on products across the site.
We currently offer three membership levels.
Our $59 tier includes:
Every month, we’ll carefully select 1–4 items, with a combined value of up to $59 in gear. This gives you room to choose what fits your needs and style.
Your personalized monthly Club Shipment will be discounted up to 40% off, and never less than 20% off, standard retail prices. You’ll also get ongoing access to exclusive member pricing on products throughout the site.
Wondering what we mean by a “box”? Great question.
Think of it as a curated bundle of standout products packaged together. In an actual box.
You might even call it a Box of Awesome - because we do. We’ve literally trademarked “Box of Awesome.”
Each box is centered on a specific theme or story, with the goal of introducing you to something new - a better shave, elevated barware, a fresh hobby, and more. Some boxes feature a single hero item, while others contain 4–5 pieces that pair perfectly together. You can typically expect about $70 in value in each regularly-priced box, and sometimes even more.
Our premium $99 and $199 tiers give you everything above - and then some.
Premium memberships come preloaded with 2–5 items tailored to your interests. You get even more freedom to refine your shipment and save on the gear you’re most excited about. Just like the standard tier, everything is at least 20% off, and often closer to 40% off, typical retail prices. You’ll still enjoy access to our signature boxes as well.
Are Club Shipments the same price every month?
Not always. We’ll always build your monthly Club Shipment around the tier you’ve chosen. For example, if you’re on the $99 tier, your starting Club Shipment will be set at $99. However, swapping or adding products can change your final total for that month. You can see your updated balance at any time by opening the box icon in the top-right corner of the homepage while you’re making changes.

Zipto accepts returns within 60 days of when your order is delivered. If an item shows up damaged or doesn’t match your expectations, contact us and we’ll work with you to fix it.

Most returns are fully processed within about 2–3 weeks. This window covers the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package back to our warehouse, plus the time our team needs to inspect your items and return them to inventory.
Once your return has been received and finalized, we’ll send you a confirmation email - as long as you’re opted in to receive emails from us.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days with standard shipping. Faster shipping options can be selected during checkout.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. If your package seems delayed, just reach out and we’ll investigate what’s going on.

Yes. We’re a fully established business with an office in Texas and a real team responding to your messages, texts, and calls. We’ve been operating since 2021 and have served more than 2 million customers.

Orders over $95 shipped to the lower 48 states qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under that threshold, standard shipping to the lower 48 is $4.95.
Certain bulky or heavy items, such as select furniture pieces, may include an additional “oversized” shipping fee. Any such fee will be clearly shown on the product page before you check out.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska include an additional $10 surcharge to help cover the higher carrier costs to those destinations.

Most orders leave our facility within 24–48 business hours of purchase.
After your package ships, standard delivery in the lower 48 typically takes 3–8 business days. Shipments headed to Alaska and Hawaii usually arrive within 10–20 business days.
For addresses in the lower 48, you can upgrade your shipping method during checkout. The estimated delivery date for each upgraded option will be displayed before you place your order.

Yes, canceling is straightforward and fully self‑service from your account.
To make changes, go to the Membership section of your account page. Click “Modify My Membership” to quickly swap or skip your monthly box, or continue through the prompts to cancel your club subscription.
If you decide to cancel, be sure to click through every step until you reach the final confirmation screen. Once confirmed, your Club Membership will end on the 1st of the following month, and you’ll keep your member perks until then.
Because cancellations take effect the next month, it’s important to double‑check that you’ve skipped your current month’s Club Shipment if that’s your intention. Canceling your Club Membership does not automatically skip your Club Shipment for that month.

Thinking about upgrading or dialing back your tier? You can adjust it in just a few clicks.
Head to the Membership page in your account settings. Find the “Select A Plan” section and choose the tier you’d like. We’ll apply your new tier starting on the 1st of the following month.

Because this is a monthly service, you’ll be assigned a new Club Shipment every month your membership is active.
Each month, you have the first five days to opt out if you don’t want a box that cycle, and you can skip as often as you like. If you don’t skip your Club Shipment for the month during that window, your box will be prepared and shipped automatically when it’s ready.
If you intended to opt out again this month but missed the skip period, no problem - you can still set up a return by visiting the Orders page in your account.

Your Club Shipment typically goes out sometime between the 6th and 15th of each month.
You can click into your shipment details to see the estimated ship date for your specific box. When your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
You can also monitor tracking anytime by visiting your Orders page, selecting the relevant order, and clicking “Track Package.”
